Cost & Location in Bath
In your initial consultation we discuss how you would like hypnotherapy to help you. I will explain how the brain works and how I can help you achieve your goals. I will give you a Relaxation CD/ recording which will become part of the process.
Thereafter each 50 mins session is £60 which will combine Solution focused techniques and Hypnosis to help with your goals.
Smoking Cessation are typically a single 2hr session and costs £120. This also includes a CD/recording.
